One of the benefits for students who have graduated since 2010, is that you get to keep your UOWmail email account after graduation. Your UOWmail account is supported by Microsoft Office365, and you have access to email and calendar.

Great news, your account was never de-activated. If you cannot remember your email address please email
alumni@uow.edu.au. We will respond to provide your email address.

I graduated before 2010

Unfortunately students who graduated prior to 2010 are not eligible for a UOWmail account.


What is UOWmail?

The UOWmail Microsoft Office365 service provides UOW students with access to a UOW supported core email and calendar function with 25GB email and calendaring storage, with attachment sizes up to 25MB. Current students also have access to a range of Microsoft additional storage and collaboration features in Office365.

How do you access your UOWmail account?

You can access your UOWmail via the UOWmail Login page. Remember to login using <username>@uowmail.edu.au.

UOWmail Office 365

While UOWmail MS Office365 is available as an email and calendar account for UOW alumni who have graduated since 2010, the Microsoft additional storage and collaboration features in Office365, including Office Online, SharePoint, OneDrive etc. are only available to current students. This impacts any stored data on Office Online, OneDrive or SharePoint.
