UOWx has opportunities for students to receive recognition for their co-curricular involvement at the Regional and Metro Campuses.
Two ways students can get involved and be recognised on their UOWx Record include on-campus opportunities and community volunteering opportunities. This recognition is called a UOWx Record and Southern Sydney students must complete 15 hours for an on-campus role to be eligible.
Visit our "find an activity" page for more information about co-curricular activities specifically for Southern Sydney students.
UOWx connects you with experiences outside your degree to give you that x-factor when you graduate!
Improve your marks!
Our PASS Leaders have now been trained as Online Facilitators and PAL Online is available to anyone studying in the subjects where online is offered, regardless of which campus you are studying at.
PAL will be offered online for Autumn 2021 and PAL timetables for Southern Sydney subjects may be accessed here
PAL (formerly PASS) has been supporting student learning at UOW since 2002. Sessions are designed to be informal, flexible, and fun! These sessions are facilitated by student PASS leaders - students currently studying at UOW who excelled in the subject in the past and who have been trained in facilitation techniques to ensure students get the most out of each session.
