Tim is a Professor at the University of Wollongong,
Director of the Centre for Business Service Science and Deputy Director,
Institute for Innovation in Business and Social Research. He has a PhD in
strategic management and marketing from the Australian Graduate School of
Management (AGSM) and is currently engaged in management research where he
has raised over $1.57 million in supported research from the ARC and
companies such as DHL and BlueScope Steel. Tim has published in leading
journals such as California Management Review, Journal of Business
Research, J. Information Technology, Interfaces, J. Strategic
Information Systems, J. Supply Chain Management, J. Business Logistics and
Communications of the ACM. Previously, he has completed research
projects in supply chain management and customer relationship management for
organizations such as the DHL, BlueScope Steel, SAS Institute, SAP, Fairfax
Business Research, Kimberly Clark and MIS magazine. Tim has more than 10
years experience in the IT industry, having worked as a senior project
manager within private consultancy, government and higher education.
