Bible Study
Small group Bible study is held throughout the week in various locations and time slots. Each person takes a turn to lead the session coordinated by a group leader. The study and the teaching in Sunday services are integrated so that we get the most out of God's Word. The notes and questions from a recent series are placed here for you to sample and use. Church Choir
Are you looking for an opportunity to minister to others through music? Our church choir meets each Monday night at 7pm in the Church for practice. Sunday Programs For Children
Junior Church is a program of fun Bible teaching and activities taught by trained teachers. Children attend the 9.30 am and 4.30pm English services with their families and leave for Junior Church half way through the service. Teachers are: Lee Choo (02- 4272 9512) and Joy Hodson (02- 4229 8156). Junior Church caters for both pre-schoolers and primary age kids.
Creche provides playroom facilities for children up to 2 years. A Carer is rostered on to mind babies and toddlers each week, but parents are welcome to stay if they wish. The service is televised into the playroom each Sunday morning. The facilities may be used at any time, although most parents keep their little ones in the service until Sparklers and Junior Church begin.
Youth Group
Care Group
This group aims to care and support our senior church people through visitation, phone, home support, short term sitting service for carers and emergency home cooked meals. For information, contact David Heather Miller (02-4284 2631).
International Night
Combined church service among the Chinese, Greek, Spanish, Vietnamese and Mandarin congregations is held annually. Activities include Bible reading, skits, choir performances and testimonies in different languages.
International Craft Group
This group meets on Thursday mornings from 10.45 am to 12.30 pm in the church. Pre-school children are welcomed at playtime while mothers spend their time doing craft work originating from different cultures. For information, contact Carolyn Baxter (02-4227 2367).
People with Leisure
This is a group from the church who enjoy monthly outings to local places of interest -- dams, parks, scenic spots. Members frequently travel together by small bus. There is no age restriction. The group meets to enjoy each other's company and to get to know each other better. For more information, contact Lyle Sinclair (02-4272 3614).
