Erratum

Ms Diane Brown, formerly of the Crustacea Department of the Australian Museum, contributed substantially to early drafts of the above paper, recently published in the Records of the Australian Museum. We regret that Ms Brown's name was not included in the published acknowledgments of this paper and here gratefully acknowledge her contribution.
