Research interests: 1. The legal encouragement of whistleblowing in the U.S. through statutes and case law at both the state and federal level. I have just completed a paper examining the 10-year state-law approach which charts all state whistleblowing statutes and examines cases interpreting those statutes. I am now working on a model whistleblowing statute.
2. I have been working on a paper examining the use of whistleblowing to curb wrongdoing in other countries.
