Loan Policy

The resources are available for loan to University of Wollongong students and staff only.

Visitors wishing to borrow items should contact WIC management.

Main collection books may be loaned for 7 days and Video/ DVD resources overnight only.

The South Coast Collection, Reference Collection, Reconcilliation Collection and Childrens Books are not available for loan but may be viewed within Woolyungah Indigenous Centre.

The University Library should be a first point of research and, at times, the Resource Collection can be quite busy. At these times access may be limited. However, our staff are very approachable and make every endeavour to assist clients with their enquiries.

Please note, due to resource limitations overdue items now incur a late fee of $1.00 a day payable at WIC reception. Woolyungah Indigenous Centre reserves the right to withhold marks and restrict access to WIC Library resources in the event of any overdues. In the event of loss and/or damage WIC administrative staff should be notified immediately. In such cases, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the item.
