All casual room booking requests for UOW UniCentre Clubs and Societies submit request via Email to The Program Coordinator for Clubs & Societies, Black Opal. cse_unicentre@uow.edu.au

Casual room booking requests for WUSA please email info@wusa.uow.edu.au

 
Other students requests Email roombook@uow.edu.au with the following details.
Please note all the following details must be included:

• Day of week
• Date for booking
• Start and finish time
• Room capacity required
• Nature of event
• Preferred location - View venue detail/resources
• Audio visual requirements - View common AV configurations 
• Your contact name
• Your extension number
• Your department / Organisation
  
• Note: Requests made for the beginning of a session will be delayed due to timetable restrictions.
