PASS Supervisor Training

Registrations for the next PASS Supervisor Training at the University of Wollongong (being held from Monday 29th March - Wednesday 31st March) have OPENED. To register, please download and complete a registration form (below).

As the Australian National Center for PASS, the PASS Program at UOW conducts annual training sessions and offers the only internationally recognised PASS/SI training in Australia. On-site sessions at other institutions are available by arrangement, please contact Sally Rogan if you wish to explore this option. The training program covers all aspects relating to the implementation, ongoing management and evaluation of a PASS program.

The training focuses on the following topics:

  • Procedures for selecting PASS subjects and PASS leaders
  • Institutional requirements, evaluation and funding of the program
  • Selection, training and supervision of PASS leaders
  • Effective learning strategies and PASS session activities

Those who complete the PASS supervisor Workshop will receive reproducible PASS Supervisor and PASS Leader manuals and a certificate of completion. Completion of the UOW PASS training allows you to use the term PASS* for your peer learning program, and reproduce all provided PASS resources and materials. Registration Fee for the PASS Supervisor Workshop is AU$950.

Refund Policy
Cancellations on or before the 1st of March 2010 will have the registration fee refunded less a AU$75 administrative fee. A written request for refunds is required. No refunds will be made after this date, but the registration fee may be transferred to another staff member or a later workshop.
