PASS

PASS Nominated for National AUTC Award for Second Consecutive Year!

The PASS Program has been nominated for the second year running for the Australian Universities Teaching Committee's Australian Awards for University Teaching. PASS has again been nominated for the Institutional Award category.

PASS Program Administrator, Phillip Dawson, believes PASS is "definitely in with a chance", and attributes some of its recent popularity to the amazing results achieved by students and Peer Leaders in spring session 2003. In that session, across six subjects operating in Science, Informatics, Engineering and Commerce, no student who attended ten or more PASS Sessions failed. A number of these subjects had a failure rate of 40% or higher among students who did not attend PASS.
