PASS Wins An OCTAL Award

Ms Sally Rogan, Mr Phil Dawson & the PASS Peer Leaders, have been awarded the inaugural General Staff Award for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning.

These selection criteria are based on those used for the Carrick Awards for Australian University Teaching (CAAUT).

In 2007, the PASS Program has nearly 40 student Leaders assisting students across all 9 faculties. In its 5 years of operation, over 100 Peer Leaders have assisted 5,500 UOW participants to progress their studies.

This is a fantastic achievment for the UoW PASS Program and its leaders and is a fitting accolade for their outstanding efforts over the past five years.
