Joanne Dearlove

Joanne’s is a recent, part time appointment (March 2005 and 10 hours per week) to Wollongong’s Learning Development team and she works solely on the Loftus campus. She comes to Wollongong with 15 years’ experience in learning development at the University of Western Sydney, where she established the first Learning Centre for the then network member the University of Western Sydney – Nepean.

Joanne’s work at Loftus involves all modes of direct student support :

  • integrated academic literacy instruction
  • parallel tutorials in academic literacy
  • workshops and individual consultations.
