WUPA Election April-May 2009

As at the close of the extended nominations period at 5.00 pm on Wednesday 15 April 2009 I can advise that the following valid nominations had been received:

No nominations had been received for the following positions:

 

International Students' Officer

Koori Officer

Activities Officer

Honours Student Officer

External Students Officer

 

In terms of Clause 9.25 of the WUPA Electoral Regulations there is no requirement to proceed to the process of an election ballot and I can declare the above candidates elected to the positions for which they have nominated.

 

In relation to the remaining unfilled vacancies they are to be dealt with in accordance with Clause 4.6.2 of the WUPA Constitution.
