Academic Senate

The Academic Senate is the peak body for advising the University Council and the Vice-Chancellor on academic matters, namely teaching, research, scholarship and related activities. Six students are elected each year to the Academic Senate (four undergraduates and two postgraduates). 

Current student members of Academic Senate are:

Mr Dale Sperring  (Undergraduate Representative)

Mr Warren Hudson (Undergraduate Representative)

Ms Lily Frencham (Undergraduate Representative)

Mr Hani Alnawaf  (Postgraduate Representative)

Mr Akshay Kucheria (Postgraduate Representative)

Mr Hani Alnawaf also serves on Academic Senate Standing Committee.
