Reset Password

This page allows you to reset an expired or forgotten password using your Password Reset Challenges.

Note: If you did not set up your challenges, you will be unable to use this service. You will need to make a request in person at an authorised centre to have your password reset – you will need to bring the relevant student or staff/associate identification cards with you. It is not possible to do this via telephone or email.
