• I know my password, but want to change it
• I've forgotten or lost my password
• SOLS seems to be unavailable
• I'm a new student and I've never logged on before
• I need the Affiliated Student logon
• I need the Student ID & barcode logon
• I'd like more information about SOLS & SOLSMail
