Potential Graduand Letter
After submitting your online graduation, the Academic Registrar's Division will send a letter that confirms receipt of the application and confirms your potential graduand status. This letter will ask you to notify any corrections or changes that need to be made regarding your name, qualification title, address and telephone number.
If you expect to complete requirements and do not receive a letter, you should contact Student Central . Please note that this letter will be sent to students the week commencing Monday 23 October 2006. This letter will be posted to your current mailing address in SOLS, please ensure your address is up to date.
Graduation Package
With your Potential Graduand Letter you will also receive information regarding guest car parking and graduation fee payment . Ceremonial information is available from the graduation website link found in your Graduand letter.
