Open Universities Australia (OUA) 4th - 14th June - (click on the university's name for your timetable to appear).

Newcastle University (click on the university's name for your timetable to appear).

Important Note for OUA students - If the letter 'AEA' appears after your exam code, it means that OUA has advised us that you have special exam arrangements in place. If the words 'Exam Clash' are next to your exam code, it means that you had an exam clash and you have to sit your exam in the morning instead of the afternoon (OUA would have contacted you about these arrangements).

If you are unable to open these links please contact the Exams Team for details.

Note that all morning exam sessions start at 9am and all afternoon sessions at 1:30pm. All start times are standardised to these times. Reading time, if permitted, will begin at this time. You are advised to arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the start of the exam.

Students with special needs should contact UOW a week prior to the exam to confirm the alternative venue arrangements.

Check the location of your exam on the UOW campus map.

You do not need to confirm your intention to sit your exam.

However, if you know you will not be able to attend, at least 24 hours' notice would be appreciated.

If you are an OUA student, the timetable release dates are as follows:

  • OUA Study Period One - 22nd May
  • OUA Study Period Two - 21st August
  • OUA Study Period Three - 20th November
