Exam Centre allocation
The University can arrange your exams if you are enrolled in distance mode.
Exam centre allocation will be made according to your home address which is recorded on SOLS eight weeks before the scheduled exam period.
Local students
If you are studying a subject in distance mode and living within a reasonable travelling distance of an exam centre, you are required to travel to that exam centre to sit the exam.
UOW exam centres are at the following locations:
- Wollongong campus
- Shoalhaven campus
- Southern Sydney campus
- Language and Testing Consultants (Ultimo, Sydney)
- Bega campus
- Batemans Bay campus
- Moss Vale campus
Arrangements will be made for you to sit your exam at your closest exam centre. These arrangements will be confirmed in your personalised final exam timetable in SOLS.
Remote students
If you are not able to travel to one of the exam centres, you will be required to find a supervisor who can provide suitable arrangements for your exam.
