Enrolment Record Verification

The Enrolment Record Verification has been designed to provide students with the ability to print their own Enrolment Record via SOLS.

To view the enrolment record you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download the latest version (for free) from http://www.adobe.com

Each Enrolment Record Printout includes a unique username and password alongside details of the Enrolment Record Verification website. This website provides a means for third parties to access and verify an Enrolment Record using the unique username and password provided to that third party by the student for the limited purpose of verifying the student's enrolment record.

Personal details of the student WILL NOT appear on the Enrolment Record accessed via the Enrolment Record Verification website. The only information that WILL appear on the Enrolment Record accessed via the Enrolment Record Verification website is the student number, student name and all current enrolment information.

Important Note:
The information that appears on the Enrolment Record accessed here will be current information (that is, not as at the date the Enrolment Record was printed). If a student's results are subsequently withheld after an Enrolment Record Printout has been produced, the Enrolment Record Verification website will advise that this is the case.
