Help for eLearning Space Problems

Following are solutions to a number of problems related to eLearning Space:

• SOLS is unavailable. How do I get in?
• I'm a new user of eLearning Space. How do I get in?
• Usually I can get in to my eLearning Space, but right now I can't!
• I can't get in. Are my login details OK?
• I can't get in. Are my computer settings OK?
• Usually I can download files OK, but right now I can't!
• My computer crashes when I use an e-reading!
• I can't print an Acrobat PDF document!

• Complete & submit the eLearning Self Help form.
