Help for Problems with eLearning Space

I'm a new user of eLearning Space. How do I get in?

eLearning Space uses your email login/user account name and password for authentication. To use eLearning Space you must have a UOW email login/user account name and password.

• Current UOW students can log on to eLearning Space subjects through SOLS and your online subjects will be displayed [show me how]
  
• Other students can log on via a special page for Students affiliated with UOW
  (current students can also enter here if SOLS is unavailable.)

Who do I ask for help?

If there is a problem with information in a subject or you don't understand the content of the subject, contact the subject co-ordinator/lecturer who is responsible for the subject, or your tutor.

Technical Support

If you are having technical problems with the eLearning Space, or strange error messages that you can't decipher are being displayed:

• Complete & submit the eLearning Self Help form.
