2007 RE-ENROLMENT DEADLINE APPROACHING
Do you want to avoid the late
re-enrolment fee?? Then re-enrol now before Jan 28th!!
You must re-enrol by 28 January 2007 to avoid a $100.00 Late Enrolment Fee.
The re-enrolment system, accessed via the 'enrolment and variations' menu option in SOLS, is now open!
Read on for some important information relating to your re-enrolment process.
Undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students.
•You should log onto to SOLS before
28 January 2007.
•Make sure that you have added at least one subject via SOLS by 28 January 2007 or a $100 late fee will apply.
•DO NOT leave your re-enrolment until the last day, you may run out of time if you have to consult an academic adviser before adding your subjects.
•You can add both Autumn and Spring session subjects when you enrol. Subject information for 2007 is available from https://sols.uow.edu.au/owa/sid/CAL.USER_CALENDAR_SELECT_SCREEN
•Once enrolled, if any of your subjects have a provisional status you may need to get a waiver form signed, available from www.uow.edu.au/student/centre/pdf/
•If you plan to take a break from studies in 2007, remember you need to apply for a LEAVE of ABSENCEusing the Leave of Absence form available at www.uow.edu.au/student/centre/pdf/
If you do not get approval for your absence from studies, your enrolment may be LAPSED and you will have to reapply for admission to UOW according to current admission criteria.
•If you are currently on a Leave of Absence and due to come back in Autumn 2007 you can access SOLS now (late fees apply after 28 January 2007). If your period of leave includes Autumn semester 2007 then you will not be able to re-enrol until after 22 June 2007.
