The University of Wollongong Black Opal Leadership Program is a unique and innovative 3-year program that provides you with the opportunity to develop leadership and teamwork skills alongside your University degree. In a supportive and fun-filled environment, you will grow their leadership potential through community service, reflection, experience and event management. It is the only program of its type in Australia and is available to all UOW first-year undergraduates.
