Earth Hour - What are UOW doing
Turn over a new leaf… and turn it off!
This Saturday, March 28, 2009, at 8:30 p.m, the University of Wollongong will be taking part in Earth Hour. ---How can I participate? Basically we are asking you to turn off everything possible in your area before you leave for home on Friday afternoon (27 March). If you are in over the weekend the same idea applies. Hopefully engaging in this activity means we don’t just make a difference during Earth Hour, but we learn how to make a difference every day.

We hope you will join us in uniting with the world to make a difference for our planet. Don’t forget—March 28th at 8:30 pm, turn over a new leaf…and turn it off! We look forward to getting back to you with the results!
