When you enrolled, you made some big decisions about choosing subjects. Sometimes you don’t have a choice about the subjects to enrol in. However, in
some cases, students may want to withdraw from subjects or add more subjects to their course of study.
In most cases, you can do this online through SOLS.
Log on to SOLS and click Enrolment and Variations.
The Enrolment Variation page will open and show those subjects already enrolled in (see below)
1. Type in the code for the subject you wish to add and then
2. Click Add Subject
On the next screen, you will see choices for subjects offered at Wollongong campus.
If you need to check other campus offerings, click the box next to List subjects in all campuses.
3. Choose the session to enrol in by clicking the radio button under Add and then
4. Click Enrol Selected Subject Instance

To Withdraw from a subject you must first check the dates to withdraw without financial penalty – these are listed above the subjects enrolled in.
When withdrawing from subjects, students are advised to make sure they are not jeopardising their course of study by checking with an academic adviser prior to withdrawing.
1. To withdraw, click in the Withdraw checkbox adjacent to the subject and then
2. Click the Withdraw Selected Subjects button
3. Click Return to SOLS Menu
