There are a number of tutorial systems being used across the University. If you are enrolled in subjects across Faculties you may need to use more than one system!
The dates/times you can enrol in tutorials will vary
To find out what system your faculty uses, visit the Tutorial and Practical Preferences webpage at http://www.uow.edu.au/student/tps/index.html
This webpage will also provide contact details for each faculty should you need help.

NOTE: The subjects that you are enrolled in aren't Tutorial Enrolments generally don't open until a couple of weeks before session starts. If so, check that you are enrolled in the correct instance of the subject. It is possible that the groups haven't yet been setup (you will only see a link to the subject on the SOLS Tutorial Enrolment page once the Groups have been setup) - It is also possible that other arrangements have been made for tutorial enrolment for this subject, please contact the Faculty/Department for details. |
2 - On the next screen, click on a group link:
Note that some subjects may have more than one group that you need to enrol in, eg a tutorial and a laboratory.

At the top of the next screen you will see the dates and times to enrol in tutorials, practicals, etc.
Make sure you are online and ready to enrol at the appointed time.
The SOLS tutorial enrolment system is based on a first-in system.
Note: The system is colour coded so you can see available dates/times quickly.
Yellow indicates that Lab is available, some may already be full and will be pink.
The others will be green which indicates that they are not yet available to enrol in.

3 - Click the lab you would like to enrol in (it must be yellow)
Once enrolled the lab will display as purple to indicate it is now one of your current commitments.
