STUDENT FORMS
Many student forms are located through SOLS. These are online forms and do not need to be printed to be completed.
1. Log on to SOLS
2. Click on Student Forms
3. Click I Understand
4. Select from drop-down menu. Please note some forms may not be available to Domestic students.
5. Click the Continue button
6. Complete the form
7. Click the Submit button to submit your form
Once you have submitted your form, click Menu to return to the SOLS Main Menu
