Project Architecture
The diagram below summarises the information architectural framework for the Performance Indicators Project.
A user can monitor their department/faculty performance by using Scorecards and/or Dashboards.
The user can drill down from the scorecards and dashboards into Analysis and Reports. All analysis and reports will be available to be run outside of the scorecard application to assist users that know the specific report they want to run.
The information contained within the scorecards, dashboards and reports will come from the Data Warehouse.
Navigation throughout all deliverables will be though a web portal and restricted based on an individual’s security access.

The Performance Indicators Project Team is included in the scope of University of Wollongong Administration AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification (NCSI Certification number 14038).
