Entry form
Entry forms for students participating in the 2013 University of Wollongong Illawarra Coal Science Fair must be received by Thursday 17 October 2013.
Each student is required to submit an Entry Form to their School Science Coordinator and parents/guardians must ensure that the parental and publicity permission section of the form is completed and signed.
School Science Coordinators must submit student entry forms by Thursday 17 October 2013.
Please register your school's interest in participating in the 2013 Science Fair by emailing one of our Schools Liaison Managers: Lisa Hutton or Melissa Thompson.
