Word processing

If you don't already know the full potential of word processing software (such as Word), it's a good idea to browse the help information on "managing long documents", or to do an intermediate or advanced level workshop (e.g. through ITS). The more at ease you are with the niceties of creating headings and hierarchies, tables of contents etc, the more quickly and effortlessly you can put together your document.

Training in word processing is provided by ITS, through workshops and their 'roving helpers' in the student computer labs.
