Effective use of information resources is vital to your project. How well placed are you to make the most of library sources - is your training up to date? Although most Honours students will already have undertaken a variety of Library workshops, rapid changes in the availability of electronic resources, and the specific needs of research make it advisable to update your skills at least once a year.
The Science Faculty Librarian is Beth Peisley (ph. 4221 3334). Beth is available to assist you with individual queries, or to undertake small group training.
The Statistical Consulting Service in the School of Mathematics and Applied Statistics provides students and staff members of the University of Wollongong with consulting assistance for research.
