Welcome

Welcome to the School of Earth & Environmental Sciences. Our teaching and research programs encompass the disciplinary traditions of Environmental Science, Geology, Human Geography and Physical Geography. From this strong and multidisciplinary base we are developing a strategic initiative in the Archaeological Sciences. Our staff undertake research in many parts of Australia and at a number of international locations. Students are exposed to this research from the first year of their degree, and have increasing opportunities to participate in it as they develop their skills and knowledge in later years.
