NMR Facility

The NMR Facility at the University of Wollongong is located within the School of Chemistry. It houses three Varian NMR Spectrometers:-

• Inova 500 MHz NMR spectrometer
• Mercury Vx 300 MHz NMR spectometer
• VNMRS PS54 500 MHz NMR spectrometer

The Facility serves a large number of Research Groups within the Department. After training, staff and students are able to acquire their own spectra. NMR service can be arranged for one off requirements with acquisition undertaken by experienced NMR staff. A number of data stations are available for the processing and analysis of spectra.
