  CONGRATULATIONS to Assoc. Prof. Jenny Beck who received the "Excellence in Research Supervision" award for 2011.  This award is one of several awards that are received in the Vice Chancellor's Excellence in Research Awards.

  CONGRATULATIONS to A/Prof Stephen Blanksby and Dr Todd Mitchell for their ARC Linkage project successes:
who received $267k for their project studying the "Development of ozone-induced dissociation for lipidomics workflows"; 
and were also involved in a successful collaborative project with UNSW, entitled, "Microbial infestation of pre-painted steel building materials: chemical and microbial characterization, model development and control strategies".
