Research Interests

Investigating the assembly of the E. coli replisome and other biological molecular machines using a variety of techniques with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry as the major tool.

Studying drug-DNA interactions

Ion mobility mass spectrometry of proteins, drugs and DNA

Developing clinical tests for plasma and urinary proteins that are disease markers.
