Congratulations Troy !
|
Troy Lowe won the undergraduate poster prize at last weeks American Society for Mass Spectrometry conference in Seattle. The conference is the largest mass spectrometry meeting in the world with almost 6000 delegates. Great effort from the steel worker from Wollongong!

Clare is a B. Med. Chem Adv. student.
G.W Daniels was a previous graduate who worked with Australian Fertilizers (Incitec).

Peter Beckmann Prize (Best Academic Record in Third Year Chemistry for 2005)
|
Hayden is a B. Med Chem Adv. student.
This award was instituted by the family of Peter Beckman, who was head of Chemistry at the Wollongong Technical College in the 1950's.

Johnson & Johnson Research (JJR) Prize (Best Performance in 4th year Medical Chemistry Research Project Chem 460 for 2005)
Karina was a B. Med Chem. advanced student and is now completing a PhD with Jenny Beck and John Bremner.

Matthew Tonini was a BSc (Hons) Adv. student and is now completing a Graduate Certificate in Science Communication at ANU.
This award is named after Bert Halpern who was the Foundation professor of Chemistry at the University of Wollongong.
