Scholarships Avenues for Work Experience Graduate Employment
Scholarships
Undergraduate Scholarships:
Merit Scholarships:
These scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit to students enrolled in the above courses.
Equity Scholarships:
These scholarships may be awarded on the basis of special consideration on the grounds of regional or economic disadvantage.
Work Integrated Learning Scholarships: (formerly Cooperative)
$9300/ annum for the duration of the degree.
University of Wollongong Undergraduate Scholarships:
$4000 per annum for the duration of the undergraduate degree.
Mature Age Scholarships:
$4000 per annum for the duration of an undergraduate degree.
Academic Excellence Regional Scholarships:
$3000 for the first year of enrollment.
General Residential Scholarships:
These scholarships fully cover the cost of accommodation at one of the residential colleges. Approx. $7500 for one year.
Regional Residential Scholarship :
This scholarship will cover the cost of the first year's accommodation at Weerona College. Approx. $7500 for one year.
Equity and Merit Scholarships:
$3000 for one year.
Community Sponsored Scholarships:
These scholarships are offered over a range of faculties. $1000-$5000 for one year $2000-$3000 per annum for the duration of the undergraduate degree program.
Indigenous Australian Scholarships:
Up to $2000 for one year.
National Australia Bank Sports Scholarships:
Up to $3000 for one year.
Gus Parish (Residential) Scholarship:
Awarded on the recommendation of the head of International House. $500 for one year only.
The Duncan Brown Scholarship:
$400 for one year.
