ICB Inaugural Photography Competition
Photo Exhibition 2006
An exhibition of selected photos from the competition was held at the Project Contemporary Artspace, 255 Keira Street , Wollongong, from 21 March to 1 April 2007.
Selected photos from the exhibition are now hanging in the UOW Library on the second floor and are well worth a visit to remind yourself how great your images were!

COMPETITION WINNERS 2006
The First prize went to Bea Ujvari for her powerful and poignant picture of "Goanna 32" which was number 3 in the web gallery.

The second prize (after a recount) went to PhD student Laurence Clarke for his serene photo of Newcomb Bay in Antarctica which was image 44.

The CSIRO Publishing Prize, awarded by the Editor of Functional Plant Biology went to Tonia Scwartz for her unusal picture "The Lizard's View of Field Biologists", image 47.
