The Janet Cosh Herbarium

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring the Herbarium provides an opportunity to become involved in education, conservation and the community. A relationship with the Herbarium is an excellent opportunity to showcase a commitment to the environment and a sustainable future. Sponsors will be acknowledged on the Herbarium website and in all publications and events relating to the project and the Herbarium.

Donations made to the Janet Cosh Herbarium are tax deductible. The funds are managed by the university's financial management section and the Director will oversee the implementation of the projects.

Corporate partnerships provide companies with an opportunity to demonstrate a commitment to education, the environment and the community with mutually beneficial outcomes. Building an effective relationship with the Janet Cosh Herbarium offers opportunities to forge a link with a ‘University of Excellence’ and to profile your business or interests to the wider community.

Individual partnerships can be tailored to a particular interest and may cover areas such as taxonomic research, educational resources or ecology in the plant sciences. Support can be a one-off or recurrent contribution.

A bequest is a positive way to leave a lasting legacy in support of plant conservation and education. Janet Cosh understood this when she bequeathed funds to establish this Herbarium.
