The Master of Business Coaching at Sydney Business School, University of Wollongong, is a 2-year part-time program to help experienced coaches and managers develop their coaching skills and knowledge in a business context.

Students learn coaching theory and skills, and crucially how to apply their coaching skills in leadership and people management, developing and implementing strategy, encouraging innovation and facilitating change. For their final coaching subject, students complete a research project related to business coaching.

To complete their degree, students choose two electives, for example, marketing, finance, supply chain or positive psychology.
