Sharon Cooper
Sharon Cooper commenced her part time MBA course at Sydney Business School - Sydney Campus whilst she held a managerial position in Sydney CBD. Sharon was able to transfer her course to the Wollongong Campus on obtaining a senior position closer to home. Working full time, Sharon enjoyed the convenience of attending some lectures in intensive weekend mode as well as evening classes. As a Senior Strategic Planner in local government, Sharon believes on-going professional development is the key to ensuring innovative approaches to governance and community planning. 
 

Mei Mei Kong
Mei Mei Kong from Malaysia started her MBA study with Sydney Business School in 2008. Mei Mei has over 30 years working experience with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). She has worked in managerial positions at the finance and administration department of the UNDP in Malaysia and New York. Mei Mei has taken a sabatical from the UNDP in order to  undertake her MBA which she hopes will equip her with new skills and help further progress her career.
 

Lopamudra Majumdar
Lopamudra Majumdar graduated with an MBA (Distinction) degree at Sydney Business School - Wollongong Campus. Lopa now works for one of the largest banks in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), providing banking and financial solutions to exclusive high net work individuals. Lopa believes in a holistic approach to business and feels that her exposure to the various modules in the MBA has given her a broad understanding of business related disciplines and a distinct career advantage.
 

Claudia Pitrawirana
Claudia Pitrawirana from Indonesia is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Sydney Business School - Sydney Campus. She was one of the winners of the Sydney Business School International Student Scholarships in 2008. Before coming to Australia, Claudia obtained a degree in Information Systems and had work experience in the IT and banking industry. She thinks the small class size at Sydney Business School facilitates the interaction between the lecturer and students, which makes her study experience a very positive one.
 

Abhishek Sheth
Abhishek Sheth from Kenya graduated with an MBA Advanced (Distinction) degree in December 2008. He now works as a day trader in stocks with a broking firm in Perth Australia. Before commencing his MBA, Abhishek has obtained an aerospace engineering degree from IIT Bombay and had work experience as a stock broker. Abhishek decided, after extensive research to pursue his postgraduate studies at Sydney Business School. He particularly appreciated the good interaction with professors, the opportunity to study with people of different nationalities, backgrounds and professions.
 

William Wang
William Wang from China graduated with an MBA degree from Sydney Business School in 2008. He is now working as a Systems Accountant with Wollongong based Illawarra Technology Corporation Limited (ITC), a global organisation delivering educational, project management and international development solutions. Before commencing his MBA, William has more than 10 years working experience in China and Singapore in a range of accounting and financial roles.
 

Roland Wickart
Roland Wickart graduated with an MBA (Distinction) from Sydney Business School - Sydney Campus. After returning to Switzerland, he continued his career at the Zurich Kantonalbank, which is the third largest bank by total assets in Switzerland. He is currently head of the bank's Credit Risk Control Unit. Recently, he has commenced part-time doctoral studies at the St Gallen Business School in Switzerland.
 

Hiroyuki Yamano
Hiroyuki Yamano from Japan is currently enrolled in the MBA program at Sydney Business School - Wollongong Campus. Before coming to Australia, Hiroyuki obtained a law degree from Doshisha University in Japan and had 10 years working experience with Aozora Bank, one of the biggest banks in Japan. He enjoys studying with Sydney Business School because of the diverse background of the faculty and the students. It was convenient for him to bring his family to Wollongong where they live and enjoy the local environment and relatively low cost of living.
 

Md Mamdouh Mufid Younis
Md Mamdouh Mufid Younis from Jordan graduated with an MBA (Distinction) degree in 2008. He is now working as the manager of the business improvement and risk strategy team at the Sydney office of Vedior Asia Pacific, which, together with the Randstad Holding, is the second largest recruitment network in the HR services industry worldwide. Before commencing his MBA, Mamdouh had obtained an engineering degree and had 5 years experience with a telecommunications company in Jordan.
