David M Williams
David M Williams successfully completed his DBA at Sydney Business School in 2008. He is the Managing Director of the DMW group, the longest established and largest Recruitment Human Resources consultancy in the Illawarra.
David has over 30 years HR consulting and recruitment industry experience. His research topic was "The Recruitment and Selection of Leaders". He chose the topic because of his longevity and experience in the recruitment and the selection field and his interest in leadership. David found study for his DBA with Sydney Business School rewarding. It provided him with a more analytical approach to both professional work and ongoing research interests.

Phatcharee Toghaw Thongrattana
Thailand student Phatcharee Toghaw Thongrattana commenced her PhD with Sydney Business School in July 2007. Phatcharee is a lecturer with the Department of Industrial Engineering at Kasetsart University in Thailand, where she teaches applied probability and statistics, manufacturing and industrial engineering. Phatcharee holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Kasetsart University and a Bachelor of Engineering from Suranaree University of Technology, also in Thailand. Phatcharee's PhD title is "Impact of environmental uncertainty on agricultural supply chain performance".		  

Master of Business Research

David Rogerson
David Rogerson is a current Master of Business Research student at Sydney Business School. David is the Managing Director and founding Executive Chairman of Strategic Media Solutions Pty Ltd, a media, marketing and communications company serving clients in the Asia-Pacific Rim. His research topic is "What influence does brand play in the purchase decision process of new converged portable mobile phone devices among young adults". His research studies have helped him to identify opportunities in other areas which he can share and explore with his clients.
