Dagfinn Ringaas from Norway graduated with an MBA (Distinction) degree from Sydney Campus in 2005. Upon graduation, he received a number of job offers from employers who are world’s top 500 enterprises. He finally took the position of Marketing Manger for Microsoft Business Solutions in Norway in September 2005. Now he is Director of Microsoft Business Solutions in Norway, responsible for Microsoft’s ERP and CRM business.

Patrick Jin from China graduated with an MBA (Distinction) degree from Sydney Business School in 2003. He is now working as Vice President  Sales at BlueScope Steel China, one of the largest Australian investors in China. BlueScope Steel is a leading multinational steel company with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America. Before commencing his MBA, Patrick had a few years of experience in Hospital Administration after he graduated from the medical school of Shanghai Jiaotong University with a medical degree.

On a recent SBS alumni reunion in Shanghai, China, Patrick Jin shared the story of how he started with BlueScope Steel.

Master of Management

Renee Hall graduated with the degree of Master of Management (Distinction). She is a Business Development Adviser with Clayton Utz, a top tier national law firm. She chose to study the Master of Management course as she thought it was important to be continually improving her skills in today’s job market. She was also attracted to the delivery and structure of the course, along with a variety of study options. This allowed her to juggle full time work, a family, study and outside interests.

Ina Rietzschel from Germany completed a MIB degree at the SBS Wollongong Campus. After completing her Bachelor of Business and Administration in Germany, Ina worked in the sales organisation of DaimlerChrysler AG in Berlin, Germany, for 8 years. Ina undertook her studies whilst on a one year sabbatical from DaimlerChrysler.
