Guidelines for External Grant Applicants
Step 1. Identify funding scheme

Step 2. Preparing your application

Step 3. Submit your application by the deadline
Go to the Grants Calendar and click on the relevant scheme for the UOW timetable.

Step 4. Where do I submit the application?
The RSO is located on Level 1, Building 20 (up the stairs near lecture theatres 2 and 3). Our office phone number is x3386 and fax number x4338

Step 5. How the RSO can help
When your draft is received the RSO will review applications, check eligibility, arrange an editorial service if required, provide feedback and submit the final application.

Step 6. Grant Outcomes
Successful external applications are usually listed on the web (large schemes) and are announced in an e-mail across campus.

Step 7. Grant Administration
