External Research Grants Submission Form

University approval is required for all staff seeking funding from an external agency. The completed “External Research Grants Submission Form” MUST be signed by Head of Department/Unit and Dean and then forwarded along with the application and funding scheme guidelines to the Research Services Office.

Completion of this process will ensure that the University and staff undertaking such research are covered by the University insurances and indemnities.

This form must be completed for all research proposals whether UOW is the administering institution or not.

Please Note: unless otherwise specified, external grant applications should be submitted to the Research and Innovation Division at least two weeks prior to the external closing date for applications.
