Final Reports

A monitoring report must be completed on conclusion of the study. Approximately four weeks before the expiry date specified in your approval letter you should receive a monitoring report. All questions on the report must be answered, and the report signed by the researcher, their supervisor if the researcher is a student, and the Head of Department. If you complete the research sooner than anticipated, do not receive the report, or mislay it, you can download a copy of the Progress Report .
