Extension of Approval/Renewal

Approval is granted for up to twelve months. Approximately four weeks before the expiry date specified in your approval letter you should receive a monitoring report. If you wish to extend the approval period this should be requested on the monitoring report. All questions on the report must be answered, and the report signed by the researcher, their supervisor if the researcher is a student, and the Head of Department. If you do not receive the report or mislay it you can download a copy of the Progress Report .
