APAI Annual Progress Report
Under the ARC Conditions of Grant, each APA(I) award holder must provide an annual APAI progress report to UOW (Research Student Centre). The APAI progress report pertains to the APAI award and is in addition to the University’s Annual Enrolment Progress Report. Please note: Annual stipend payments cannot be continued into the following year if the APAI form is not completed and returned to Research Student Centre.
The APAI progress report will be sent to you by the Research Student Centre. The Chief Investigator supervising your APAI and the appropriate Head of Unit must endorse the APAI Progress Report.
The university may terminate the awards of students who fail to maintain satisfactory progress.
The report must be signed by the student, supervisor and Head of Unit.
PLEASE RETURN COMPLETED APAI PROGRESS REPORT TO:
RESEARCH STUDENT CENTRE
Time-line

APAI progress reports sent to APAI students for completion. Please check details of scholarships in Section 1. Sections 2 & 3 must be completed by the student |
| 24 November 2008 |
Student submits APAI report to Chief Investigator for completion. Sections 4 & 5 must be completed by the Chief Investigator |
| 12 January 2010 | Completed APAI Progress Report returned to Research Student Centre only. |
