Domestic Students - HDR Scholarships

The University of Wollongong offers a wide range of research scholarships and awards to eligible Domestic Higher Degree Research (HDR) students. These scholarships are in the form of stipends and allowances to assist candidates in meeting their living costs while they undertake their research (please check individual scholarships for allowances and stipend amounts. In addition, to UOW HDR scholarship opportunities there are external scholarship opportunities as well as discipline specific and industry based scholarships available.

What is a Domestic student?  
A domestic student is an Australian citizen, New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent resident.
